DISH Network Extended Warrantee

Why Choose Us?

DISH Network Sponsored Extended Warrantee.
Provisions are subject to change without dealer knowledge.
Pegasus has no control over the parameters of this extended warrantee.
We do not offer this warrantee and BEWARE, they will try to sell it to you
though you have a one year warrantee on the system and installation anyway.
The warrantee doesn't cover the 15.00 shipping charge, but why pay 71.88 for 15.00 shipping?

DISH Home Protection Plan (DHPP) $5.99 monthly.

Priority Technical Support
24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week – need fast assistance? We’re here to answer your questions.

Replacement Equipment
While most problems are solved with a simple phone call, if the problem is isolated to the receiver, and it cannot be fixed on the call, we will send a replacement receiver directly to you on priority status. Just return the receiver – the DHPP covers full replacement and shipping costs. It’s as simple as that!

Video Cabling & Power Surge Repairs
If a power surge damages your DISH Network receiver or inside video cabling, we will replace or repair it for free.

In-Home Service
If we are unable to solve your problem through our technical support staff, we’ll come to you! With a nationwide service network, you’re covered, no matter where you live. An authorized technician will come to you for only $29 (regularly $99) – simply give us a call, and we’ll schedule an appointment at a time that’s convenient for you.

Free Movers Program
Moving to another house? Moving to another state? No problem! Just take your existing receivers with you. DISH Network will professionally install them in your new home free of charge. You’ll never be without great entertainment, no matter where you go or where you live.

What PS&E suggests?
  • Don't do DHPP until the year is over. It's a waste unless you are struck by lightning. (Not covered by standard warrantee.)
  • Buy a Panamax Surge Suppressor from Pegasus S&E. It will protect your TV, VCR, Stereo and Satellite Receiver from lightning strikes and power surges. (It also has a lifetime warrantee.)
  • If you do a DISH movers plan, take your DISH too. You do own it unless you are on a lease program.
  • If you take the DISH, leave the mast and cables. It's best for the house you are leaving.
  • Don't do DISH Mover anyway, pay someone experienced to do a quality install the way you want it.
  • If you don't want some annual commitment for DISH Mover, see previous suggestion.
